Loyalty Rewarded
We recognise and are very proud of the fact that we have an incredibly loyal colleague population, with some sites having two or three generations of family working within the site. In order to recognise this loyalty and those who go above and beyond in their roles, we have a generous long service and colleague recognition scheme that acknowledges and is communicated throughout the year.
Pension
We offer three levels of pensions at Hovis®, one being the auto-enrolment scheme where the contributions are set by the government and the other two being different levels of contribution within our company defined contribution pension scheme. If you take up the defined contribution pension you can do this via salary sacrifice which also means you save on tax and national insurance payments. Another benefit of joining our defined contribution pension is receiving life assurance cover.
Hovis® Choice
Hovis® Choice is a way in which we say thank you to all our colleagues in recognition of their hard work and support that is delivered on a daily basis.
