I joined Hovis in the Summer of 2023 as HR Director. With a career in HR spanning over 25 years, I have experience both within the food industry working for Karro Food Group, 2 Sisters Food Group and Vion and within the agricultural merchanting, facilities management and home building/regeneration sectors.
Working with the Hovis team to support the achievement of our long-range plans, our people agenda covers engagement; inclusion and diversity; learning and development; recruitment and retention - all leading to the creation of a great place to work.
Working with an iconic brand with some great people with vast experience in the sector is thoroughly rewarding. Not to mention the steady supply of bread and bakery products - with the Hovis Farmhouse Cheddar Muffins a particular favourite (if you’ve not tried them, they are a game changer!)
