I joined Hovis in 2022 as Supply Chain Director. I began my career in Arla Foods and since then have held a number of senior leadership roles in Arla Foods, Greencore, Muller and Two Sisters. I enjoy the fast-paced environment and the challenge of Supply Chain where no two days are ever the same. 

My role has overall responsibility for our entire Supply Chain network. The breadth of remit attracted me to the role, which includes Procurement, IT, Technical, Logistics, Manufacturing, Health and Safety, and Finance. Our teams work cross-functionally to ensure that we optimise our business performance. We have a phenomenal heritage and I am proud to be in a position to drive our growth and people agenda. 

The thing I enjoy the most about my role at Hovis is the breadth of responsibility and the exposure to the wide range of functional disciplines and technical mastery. What gets me up in the morning is the chance to work with brilliant people, and improve the business performance by engaging our colleagues and maximising their potential. I am inspired by our fantastic people who are absolutely essential in delivering the performance of the iconic Hovis Brand.
