1. Prize Packages

1.1 Main Prize

1.2 One main prize is available to be won (the 'Main Prize') by a single winner ('the 'Winner')

1.3 The Winner may be accompanied by one adult companion and up to two children (16 years and under)

1.4 The Main Prize comprises:

1.4.1 AIRFARE: Return flights from London or Manchester, UK or Dublin, ROI to Rovaniemi, Lapland, Finland

1.4.2 TRANSFERS: Roundtrip private airport transfers to and from accommodation in Rovaniemi

1.4.3 ACCOMMODATION: 3 nights’ luxury hotel accommodation (4*) including breakfast in a festive themed village in Rovaniemi

1.4.4 REINDEER RIDE: (One ride per recipient lasting approximately 1 Hour) Includes guide, juice and snacks

1.4.5 FESTIVE AMUSEMENT PARK EXPERIENCE: Includes access to all park activities, family ice disco and three course lunch at on-site snow 

restaurant 

1.4.6 £500 SPENDING MONEY for the Winner only

1.4.7 TRAVEL INSURANCE  (subject to availability and provider's terms)

1.5 Runner-up Prizes

1.6 10 x runner up prizes '('the Runner-up Prizes') are available to be won comprising of 'That Christmas' merchandise up to the value of £20 each.

2. Entry and Eligibility

2.1 No purchase is necessary

2.2 Open to all UK, NI and ROI residents aged 18+ excluding:

2.2.1 directors or employees of Hovis Limited, the Prize Provider and their immediate families;

2.2.2 directors, partners, or employees of any suppliers of any goods or services to the Prize Provider in respect of this prize draw, or;

2.2.3 directors, partners, or employees of Hovis Limited's advertising or promotion agencies.

2.3 Only one entry permitted per household

2.4 Entry closes at midnight on 31 December 2024

2.5 Scan QR code or visit www.hovis.co.uk to enter. Internet access, postal address and 

email address required.

2.6 Winners are chosen at random. The odds of winning will vary depending on the number of entrants. 

3. Prize Conditions

3.1 The ('Prize Provider') is Element London Ltd (Company number 07073848). 

3.2 One Main Prize package is available to be won. 10 Runner-Up Prizes are also available. 

3.3 The Main Prize package is for one adult Winner who may be accompanied by one adult companion and up to two children under 16 years old (together the 'Recipients');

3.4 The Recipients must travel at the same time with the same itinerary; 

3.5 Anyone under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel; 

3.6 Flights will be economy class from selected airports in London, Manchester or Dublin only (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) to Rovaniemi, Finland; Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by the Prize Provider at their sole discretion; 

3.7 Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, for the Recipients' travel to and from London, Manchester or Dublin departure airports do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the Recipients.

3.8 A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation (restrictions on accepted card providers may apply); 

3.9 Accommodation is based on two adults and two children under 16 years old sharing one quadruple occupancy room at a 4-star hotel in Rovaniemi;

3.10 The Prize Provider may, at their sole discretion arrange alternative accommodation. 

3.11 Accommodation for the Recipients does not include any meals, incidentals, gratuities, or telephone calls. Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the Recipients; 

3.12 The Main Prize excludes meals and drinks (outside of those stated above), excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package; 

3.13 All elements of the prize are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at the Prize Provider’s discretion; 

3.14 The Winner must contact the Prize Provider with at least three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure; 

3.15 Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the Recipients to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where any of the Recipients are aged 70 or over;

3.16 All elements of the Main Prize must be taken at the same time; 

3.17 Once booked, the Main Prize cannot be amended or cancelled; 

3.18 The Main Prize and the Runner-Up Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available; 

3.19 All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or additional insurance are the responsibility of the Recipients;

3.20 The Main Prize cannot be taken from 21st December – 4th January (Christmas and New Year), over UK or Irish public holidays, or over Easter Sunday; 

3.21 The Main Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time; 

3.22 The reindeer experience is available between September – April, if unavailable over the Winner’s chosen travel dates then an alternative activity of equal monetary value will be offered by the Prize Provider; 

3.23 The festive amusement park is open between December – March, if unavailable over the Winner’s chosen travel dates, then a Northern Lights tour will be provided as an alternative; 

3.24 Spending money is provided to the value of £500 to the Winner only, funds will be sent to one nominated bank account, which must be in the name of the Winner. 

3.25 The Main Prize must be taken in accordance with government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions in place at the time of travel; The arrangement and additional costs for any COVID-19 related expenses that may be incurred are the sole responsibility of the Recipients; 

4. Data Protection

4.1 Any personal data submitted by the winner to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with the Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible at https://element-london.com/element-london-privacy-policy-travel-english/   

5. Governing law

5.1 These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the law of England and Wales.
