Ingredients

  • 2 Hovis® Crumpets
  • 30g Cream cheese
  • 30g Smoked salmon
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt & Ground black pepper
  • Squeeze of lemon

Method

Firstly lightly toast the crumpets for 2 minutes.

Divide the cream cheese between the two crumpets, season as you wish with black pepper.
