Ingredients

  • Hovis® Burger Buns
  • 3 Tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 1 Sausage
  • 1 Rasher of back bacon
  • 1 Medium egg
  • Oil
  • Brown sauce
  • Salt & Ground black pepper

Tip

Level it up by dipping your breakfast bun into some baked beans!

Method

Set your air fryer to 200C and lay the bacon and sausage in one layer, without overlapping them. Or use a frying pan with a bit of oil if you don’t have an air fryer. Cook the bacon until golden brown.

Fry the egg in a pan with a bit of oil for 3-5 minutes, until whites are set and the yolk reaches your preferred oozyness. Then butter your Hovis® Burger Buns and toast until golden brown.

Layer with sausage, bacon, fried egg and some sauce, and you’re all done!
