Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 2 Slices of Hovis® Soft White Extra Thick Sliced
  • 4 Large eggs
  • Salt & Ground black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons of butter

Tip

Having the eggs at room temperature will reduce the shock from the boiling water and lower the risk of cracking

Method

1

Place the eggs into a small saucepan of cold water and bring to the boil. Once the water is bubbling, boil the eggs for four minutes.
