Golden slices of Hovis® Seed Sensations®, toasted to perfection, form the base of this irresistible cheesy garlic bread. A delicious blend of softened butter and freshly minced garlic is spread over the warm bread, while melted cheese adds the perfect finishing touch.

  • 2 Slices of Hovis® Seed Sensations
  • 2 Tablespoons softened butter
  • 2 Minced garlic cloves
  • 100g Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Dried Oregano or Basil

Grate Your Own Cheese! Pre-grated cheese is often more expensive per gram than block cheese.

Method

Heat the air-fryer to 180°C. While it's warming up, mix softened butter and minced garlic together in a bowl. Spread the garlic butter evenly over both slices of Hovis® Seed Sensations®.

Top each slice of bread with shredded cheese and a sprinkle of your favourite herbs, such as oregano or basil.
