Ingredients

  • 4 Slices of Hovis® Soft White Thick Sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon of butter
  • 1 Can of tuna
  • 2 Tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • ¼ Cucumber (finely sliced)
  • Chopped coriander

Tip

Pack a few of them tightly inside a Tupperware to make sure they will remain rolled up.

Trim the crusts off the sliced bread. Spread butter on one side of both slices. On only one of the slices, spread your preferred jam over the buttered side, then sandwich them together.

Mix together tuna and mayonnaise, then spread onto a piece of bread. Add the cucumber slices.

Carefully roll your bread, leaving some space so that the bread can stick together. Wrap the rolls in cling film and store them in the fridge until ready to serve. Cut each sandwich into 3 rounds.
