Serves 1 jar - (8-10 servings per jar)

Ingredients

  • 150g shelled plain pistachios (soaked overnight in water)
  • 2 Tablespoons Matcha powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Sprinkle of unsoaked pistachios (for topping)
  • 1 Slice of Hovis® Soft White Medium

Tip

Store the paste in a clean empty jar or airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.

Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. (This may need to be done in stages, depending on your blender’s strength). You can store the paste in a clean empty jar or airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
