Ricotta, Sliced Pears, Walnuts & Honey

Ingredients

  • 2 Slices of Hovis® Nimble® Wholemeal
  • 85g Whole-milk ricotta
  • ½ Teaspoon of finely grated orange zest (optional)
  • 2 Teaspoons of honey plus more for drizzling
  • 1 Medium sized pear
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 Tablespoons of walnuts

Tip

Give the walnuts a toast, to give them an extra crunch!

Method

Thinly slice the pear and roughly break up the walnuts.

Combine ricotta, salt and 2 teaspoons of honey, and zest ½ a teaspoon of orange zest into a small bowl.

Give Hovis® Nimble® Wholemeal a toast. Spread the ricotta mixture onto your toast. Top with the pear, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with walnuts.
