  • 2 Slices of Hovis® Granary® Wholemeal
  • 1 Avocado
  • ½ Lime
  • 1 Small clove of garlic (crushed)
  • Salt & Ground black pepper

Tip

For a little kick why not add a pinch of chilli flakes and spring onions to your avocado mixture before serving.

Method

To start, toast your 2 slices of Hovis® Granary® Wholemeal.

Meanwhile, cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Next, mash the avocado with a fork, adding lime, salt and pepper to season.

Once your toast is ready, spread your avocado mixture on top, and serve immediately.
