To start, toast your 2 slices of Hovis® Granary® Wholemeal.
Meanwhile, cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Next, mash the avocado with a fork, adding lime, salt and pepper to season.
Once your toast is ready, spread your avocado mixture on top, and serve immediately.
